Noted bare thespian and public drunkenness hobbyist Paz De la Huerta appeared before a judge in a New York City courtroom today, where the D.A. charged her with two counts of 3rd degree assault, 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon, attempted assault, and harassment. Paz’s legal troubles stem from a bloody incident at the Standard Hotel in New York country last month, where Paz got into a glass-breaking, face-punching brawl with reality TV actress Samantha Swerta. Paz was visibly pissed about being prosecuted over the loves of Swerta- allegedly, on the day of her arrest she says the cops that ”I’m a REAL actress ? HBO! She’s a publicity seeker, a FAKE actress.” Them’s fighting words!

Lindsay Lohan has lost yet another movie role, reportedly due to the mad demands of her management team (aka mother, Dina). Justtwo days ago Marc Fiore, executive producer of the soon-to-be mob movie “Gotti:Three Generations” , was raving about how “perfect” Lindsay was for the role of Victoria Gotti, with Lindsay even posing for red carpet images with the real world Victoria. But after just 48 hoursof dealing with Lindsay’s manager, Marc has absolutely altered his mind, claiming he ended discussions because “it just didn’t work for me….I will only ride a merry-go-round with my GUYS.” Sounds like if Lindsay ever wants to work in Tinseltown again, she will got to send her momma on a long walk off a small pier, Gotti-style.
In a dramatic twist good of the silver screen, tabloid regular Lindsay Lohan is back on the cast of the upcoming mob drama Gotti: 3 Generations,a mere day after executive producer Marc Fiore said that discussions were “done.” Lindsay saved herself from being whacked by personally glamorous to the producers and agreeing to the terms rejected by her manager-mother Dina.

Cameras were not allowed, but TMZ had a reporter embedded in the courtroom, who tweeted this afternoon that Lindsay’s felony shoplifting charges have been downgraded to a misdemeanor. The judge noted that Lindsay’s DUI charge was over 4 years ago, and said that the nature of the charges didn’t fit the severity of the crime or Lindsay’s criminal record.
So this time, even if she’s convicted, Lindsay won’t need to go back to jail. We’re compliant to bet Lindsay “Misdemeanor” Lohan will be getting her freak on in the LA clubs tonight. Just don’t lose control, Lindsay!
Lindsay “stickyfingers” Lohan didn’t get off easy in her shoplifting trial after all – because right after reducing Lindsay’s felony theft charge to a misdemeanor, Judge Stephanie Sautner threw the book at the embattled starlet, sentencing her to 120 days in jail for her probation violation! Lindsay was taken directly from the courtroom to the Lynwood Correctional Facility in Los Angeles, where she was held for 5 hours before posting bail, reported at $75,000. The funny part? That was Lindsay’s beer money for the weekend.
Looks like Lindsay Lohan, whose real-life prison drama has been dominating the tabloid scene formerly, will be co-starring with a mop and a bucket in her next role: janitor in a morgue. After being bailed out of Lynwood Correctional Facility in Los Angeles this weekend, it’s improbable that Lindsay will be sent back to the pokey. But as part of her punishment for violating the terms of her 2007 probation agreement, Judge Stephanie Sautnerhas sentenced her to 480 hours of community service. Lindsay will spend 360 of those hours at the Kittens’s Center in LA’s SGUY Row (yes, it’s actually called SGUY Row), and the other 120 at the county coroner’s office, aka the LA morgue. A spokesman for the county coroner’s office said they have community service workers at the facility “all the time” and that they are responsible for cleaning and sweeping up. Maybe she’ll finally discover out who killed her!
It was May of last year when RnB singer Cassie was involved in a shocking scandal. P. Diddy’s ex-girlfriend pulled off a Vanessa Hudgens (leaked naked pics scandal), where a few pics showing her fully nude in very provocative posesmade rounds on the internet. And not only that, because of the scandal we learned that this hot singer loves her milk cans and clit pierced.
Cassie and her reps said that the pictures were stolen and hacked from her Twitter account. Though, most people believe that the images were leaked as a publicity stunt, because Cassie was supposed to be releasing a new album called Electro Love last year. Just around the time when the nude images were leaked.
I sort of believe the rumors that all was just a publicity stunt, especially Cassie just took the matter very calmly, saying, “Quit acting like you’ve never seen milk wagons before.” Well, it was obvious her Britney act where she shaved half her head didn’t work, so her reps took one step higher to bring Cassie’s name to the headlines just so to make noise about her album. Well, it’s true, we’ve seen tits before, and Cassie’s was not a bit special compared to those we’ve seen. So maybe that’s why despite the scandal that Cassie was involved in, she wasn’t able to draw much attention to her music that her album is still shelved and far from being released.
